‘Words cannot begin to describe the amazing process and outcome of my 21st celebration. It was so much more than I ever dreamt of. I have never met such an amazing, committed, hardworking, on time, passionate , strict, caring and loving event planner. Rachel went out of way to ensure that I was fine that everything was under control. When we started with the plans I described to Rachel what I would like my 21st to be like and she put everything into perspective and into a plan, keeping all other aspects in mind. She made sure that everything needs to be confirmed and done way before time, as much as I delayed so much Rachel would come and visit me to go over everything and keep on track, she literally made time for me to make sure that everything goes as planned and exactly how I imagined. Closer to the event I had so much stress especially about the guest as kids were not allowed, Rachel interacted personally with all the guest and sorted everything out. If the guest never confirmed she called them as well. On the event, wow! Everything was perfect, the order, she organized the most amazing cake and awesome photographers. Let’s not forget the decor. Rachel made most of the decor and set the tables herself. In addition, we had a kiddies area for a few Kids and they were entertained, we never saw the kids throughout the whole event as they were having so much fun; the parents enjoyed themself ,knowing their kids are safe.There are so many things that happened behind the scenes but Rachel sorted everything out, without telling me about the things going wrong. Rachel even had a backup plan for an MC on that day as she had a feeling to do so , as the initial MC arrived and had strained his voice. Rachel would constantly check up on me throughout the event. This is a superwoman really! It was the best night of my life. After all was over I stopped in amazement and took in everything that happened.Rachel stayed behind to wrap up everything. The following day Rachel came to drop everything and checkup on me. I truly believe she is God sent. For all future events Rachel will be the Event Planner! Not only was the event beautifully amazing ; the process towards it was so delightful and exciting.

Rachel thank you, May God continue to bless you and use you more to create amazing special days for people, with such amazing service you give. As it only will happen that once, and for people to look back with so much fulfillment and joy that I do. I still look at the pictures and cannot believe that was my 21st.

When I attended her events, I found myself wondering how they are able to pull off every aspect of events with perfection.
